Your tasks

Selbstständige Materialbeschaffung von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsprüfung anhand von Bedarfsanforderungen aus dem ERP-System

Sicherstellung der termin- und kostengerechten Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktion und Betrieb

Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen sowie Bearbeitung von Lieferabweichungen, Reklamationen und 8D-Reports

Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Betreuung, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lieferanten sowie Aufbau neuer nationaler und internationaler Partnerschaften
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von ERP-, Lieferanten- und Artikeldaten
- Mitarbeit bei Inventuren sowie Unterstützung einer effizienten Lagerbewirtschaftung
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen, Lieferantenbewertungen sowie Lean- und KVP-Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, AVOR und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
Your expertise
- Completed commercial or technical basic education, as well as further training as a Certified Purchasing Specialist (federal diploma)

At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and in a comparable role

Solid knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office
- Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit Lieferanten sowie in der Erstellung von Verträgen, idealerweise im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Produktionsumfeld
- Analytical thinking with a strong strategic orientation
