Your tasks

Betrieb und Unterhalt der Server-Infrastruktur (Installation, Konfiguration, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung)

Verwaltung und Optimierung der Microsoft 365 Plattform (Exchange, SharePoint, TEAMS, OneDrive)

Installieren und Warten von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripheriegeräten, mobilen Geräten, Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Kommunikationsmitteln sowie deren Software und Schnittstellen

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365, Sharepoint-Architekturen sowie von der Microsoft Azure Cloud-Umgebung (Bereitstellung, Monitoring, Sicherheitsmanagement)
- Planung, Installation und Wartung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur, insbesondere HP-Switches
- Sicherstellung der Netzwerksicherheit durch Implementierung und Verwaltung von Fortinet Firewalls
- Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting (Netzwerk, Server Sicherheit)
- Durchführung von Backups, Updates und Patch-Management

Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und technische Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Mitarbeit in IT- und Digitalisierungs-Projekten
Your expertise
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in mit Weiterbildung HF/FH oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker, Systemintegration) oder Studium der Informatik oder Informations-technologie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Servern

Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von hoch verfügbarer Infrastruktur und in Virtualisierungstechnologien (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Microsoft 365 Administration und der damit verbundenen Dienste
- Erfahrung in der Azure Cloud, Bereich Bereitstellung, Management und Sicherheit sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnologie, Konfiguration von HP-Switches
- Erfahrung in der Firewall-Administration (Fortinet)
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell oder vergleichbaren Skriptsprachen
- ITIL-Zertifizierung und Scrum-Zertifizierung von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
