Your tasks
- Procurement from inquiry to purchase invoice
- Monitoring of delivery schedules and procurement costs
- Preparation, planning, and tracking of all production orders
- Creation and maintenance of work plans and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Maintenance of ERP master data and spare parts sales prices
- Assistance with the annual inventory
- Contribution to the development of the production system and internal improvement projects
- Continuous improvement of workflows in line with our Lean philosophy
Your expertise
- Completed technical basic education
- Further education as Technical Sales Specialist with federal diploma or Technical Operations Specialist (HF)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the machinery industry
- Solid user skills in IT applications (MS Office and ERP systems)
- Excellent command of German; English skills are an advantage
