We are a globally active, modern family-owned SME in packaging technology based in Meisterschwanden (AG) and offer customized complete solutions for end-of-line packaging and transport security.

Your tasks

  • Technical support for our customers, service technicians, agents and branches
  • Coordinating customer concerns internally and externally
  • Ensuring the optimal use of resources for IBN, maintenance and malfunctions
  • Responsible for the procurement of product-specific spare parts and maintenance materials
  • Service calls to customers in Switzerland and abroad, including on-call service by arrangement​
  • Creation of training doucuments and service documentation 
  • Collaboration on internal optimisation projects

Your expertise

  • ​Basic technical training (e.g. automation technician, electrician) with further training at HF level
  • Experience in technical field service and in training organisations
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Good IT skills (ERP, CRM, etc.) and digital affinity
