For our HR Administration, we are looking for a reliable individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for teamwork.
Your tasks
- HR administration from A to Z for our foreign subsidiaries, including deputy responsibilities and support of HR administration in Switzerland
- Administrative handling of operational HR topics in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and HR Managers
- Maintenance of master data with a strong attention to detail and a high level of data quality
- Responsibility for the integration of time tracking systems for our subsidiaries
- Deputy responsibility for time tracking in Switzerland
- Support in the recruitment process, particularly in candidate pre-selection
- Participation in exciting HR projects
Your expertise
- Completed commercial vocational training as well as further education as an HR Assistant
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an HR environment, ideally as an HR Generalist or in HR Administration
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems; experience with Bridge time tracking is an advantage)
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks with a structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Very good German skills and good English skills
