Your tasks

Operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure and systems landscape

Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
- Management and support of server, virtualization, network, and security infrastructures
- Participation in IT and digitalization projects as well as technical enhancement initiatives
- Planning and implementation of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
- Support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup, and compliance
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and technical issues within 2nd and 3rd level support
- Automation and standardization of IT processes
- Technical consulting and support for internal business departments
- Documentation of systems, processes, and technical solutions
Your expertise
- Completed education or further training in Information Technology (e.g., apprenticeship, HF, FH, or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of experience in the operation, administration, and engineering of IT infrastructures
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and ideally Microsoft Azure
- Experience with virtualization, networking, and IT security is an advantage
- Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting languages is a plus
- Interest in modern cloud, infrastructure, and security technologies
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
