As an experienced HR Business Partner, you actively shape the people and HR agenda of a dynamic, international company.
Your tasks
- Independent strategic and operational consulting as well as sparring partner for managers in the assigned business area (ATS) in Switzerland and for our international subsidiaries
- Management, further development, and continuous optimization of HR processes
- Trusted point of contact for employees and management in all HR-related matters
- Initiation and implementation of HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, process optimization)
- Active contribution to change, organizational development, and talent development initiatives
- Participation in the professional development of the HR function and contribution of impulses toward further professionalization and strategic alignment
- Involvement in cross-functional HR initiatives in line with your experience and expertise
- Approximately 5% travel, mainly within Europe
Your expertise
- Commercial vocational training with advanced HR certification (e.g., Federal Diploma in HR Management or equivalent)
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Strong business acumen combined with a strategic and holistic mindset
- Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as very good to fluent/proficient English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Digital affinity and interest in modern HR tools
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
