You will assume overall responsibility for our IT landscape and actively shape the digital future of our company. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational mindset.
Your tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the entire IT department, including leadership of its staff
- Development and implementation of a future-oriented IT strategy and IT policies
- Support of executive management in IT and digitalization initiatives
- Responsibility for IT security, risk management, and stable IT operations
- Planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects
- Ensuring smooth and efficient IT support (1st & 2nd level)
- Operation and continuous development of the Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Management and maintenance of the entire IT hardware and software infrastructure
- Collaboration with external service providers and software partners
- Analysis, resolution, and documentation of IT incidents and system issues
- Conducting IT training sessions
Your expertise
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a senior or managerial IT role
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities

- Strong leadership personality with decisiveness and a high sense of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented, and sustainable approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of close, respectful collaboration in a staff function
