Your tasks
- Management, planning, supervision, and organization of the entire production and production logistics
- Technical and personnel leadership, support, and targeted development of your team
- Initiation and implementation of lean measures for the continuous improvement of quality, productivity, lead times, and waste reduction
- Close coordination with design, electrical & electronics (E&E), and other departments to ensure the successful execution of project orders
- Development and maintenance of a meaningful KPI system (including monthly BFT reporting) for continuous control and optimization
- Ensuring a lean, flexible, and reliable supply chain in close collaboration with purchasing, production, and sales
- Responsibility for efficient, on-time, and cost-optimized spare parts logistics
- Ongoing optimization of spare parts inventory management
- Ensuring timely material supply for production as well as smooth shipping and dispatch processes
- Support with customs and export-related topics in cooperation with purchasing and the export department
Your expertise
- Completed technical basic education
- Further education in engineering and business administration (HF or FH level – equivalent to higher vocational education or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of experience in production management, particularly in lean, Kaizen, 5S, quality, and resource management
- Solid expertise in process and project management
- Experience in Industry 4.0 environments as well as ERP implementations (e.g., rollouts)
- Broad technical understanding in machinery and plant engineering – especially in automation, pneumatics, electrical engineering, mechanics, and occupational safety
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role, ideally in the machinery or plant engineering industry
- Knowledge of production logistics is an advantage
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written), good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in IT applications (MS Office, ERP systems, CRM)
