Your tasks
- Technical leadership and further development of quality officers across various departments
- Overall responsibility for the quality management system and ensuring ISO compliance
- Development, enhancement, and training of the QM system
- Planning, facilitation, and follow-up of QM meetings, workshops, and internal coordination sessions
- Conducting internal audits and monitoring process compliance
- Coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QM documentation
- Management and triage of the internal ticketing system within the quality environment, including prioritization and follow-up of actions
- Regular QM reporting to executive management
- Active contribution to continuous improvement processes (CIP) and Lean initiatives
- Support of strategic projects with both technical and business focus (e.g., Lean, FSC, EcoVadis)
- Acting as the key interface to certification bodies and external stakeholders
Your expertise
- Commercial or technical vocational training with further education at the HF level (e.g., process specialist or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management or a comparable role
- Solid knowledge in the development and continuous improvement of management systems
- Experience with Lean Management and continuous improvement (CIP) methods
- Excellent IT user skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken German, good English skills
