Your tasks
- Operation, configuration, and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform)
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, servers, and network components, including software and interfaces
- Monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting
- Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support within the team
- Collaboration on IT and digitalization projects in an international environment
- Conducting analyses, creating documentation, guides, and checklists
- Training and raising awareness for end-users and administrators in the field of IT security
Your expertise
- Completed IT education (System Engineering, ICT-Security, or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role in the Microsoft environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, and the Microsoft Defender Suite
- Good knowledge in the operation of Windows Server and Client environments
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Good self-organization and prioritization in a dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge of German, good English skills (at least B2), French is an advantage
